    No matter what the log was saying when I brought car to service I did not have airbag light on. Now I do which lowered my selling price a lot. Fact is last light “appearance” according to log was July 30th. Nowhere close when car was brought for service. Now I have light on dash which was not existing when car was brought in.

    Super….Staff very courteous and professional. The VW technician assigned to my 2022 VW Tiguan did a most excellent job. I purchased VW from Larry Miller VW in Tucson, AZ. They NEVER could change my oil without it leaking. Prior to having oil change completed at ROYAL VW; I had it serviced in North Tampa, FL. They did an equally great job. It never leaked a drop of oil. I am beyond relieved and grateful that I have ROYAL VW who is confident in performing a routine oil change without no leaking. Thanks to all staff! And a super happy thank you to competent VW technician who completed a perfect oil change. All fluids were topped off, everything was done as it should be done. Sincerely, Jamie Porter

    Awesome Customer Service, friendly and kept me informed of how long my car would be and updated me on any issues they encountered. I appreciated the professionalism, and at the same time how Royal Volkswagen on the Eastside treats me like their number 1 customer!

    The online appointments are quick and easy. When I rolled up, I was able to check in quickly with friendly staff. I got a shuttle ride home a very quickly, and my car was taken care of with in the timeframe. I was quoted there was a mixup with the service desk when I called to verify that all of the parts for the recall were ordered and I Thought that I bought paint, but they did not put the paint order in so I did not get it. I also had trouble because I have this reoccurring engine light that comes on, but Volkswagen has never been able to help me because it is intermittent and not on when I bring it in for scheduled service. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to Troika it or how I’m supposed to get it fixed. If the only way you can fix it is when it’s on And it only flashes briefly. That’s my only complaint is that I need some troubleshooting and that doesn’t seem to be available.
